As a senior cosmetologist, I've been actively involved in the Haircare/Beauty industry for about 20yrs. With a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management, 10 of those 20yrs include entrepreneurship. I've worked as an educator with major product lines, the MD state board of cosmetology and as an instructor in apprenticeship programs via local cosmetology schools.
